This was our first lager. Based on a rice recipe, it came out clear, but Charles’s wife Anne didn’t like it (we brewed it for her). We liked it, but we may have already retired it.

Oh, and the name? It came from Charle’s address. Not overly creative, but since it was for his wife, why not?
