Without Charles, the beer wouldn’t get capped and we’d all go thirsty. Of course, we also wouldn’t want to drink the results, because without Charles, nothing would be clean -- and the beer would taste a lot like penicillin.

Then there’s Charles’s other role -- he keeps us on the straight and narrow on our brews. He’s the first to say no way to another lager -- in fact, why go beyond his three favorites!?!
