This is our first brew, a nice English Ale. It has become our staple brew, one we always have on hand. As the first batch we ever made, it has a special place in our heart, and in our fridge. This is definitely the favorite brew of Charles.

This beer has a deep, dark, golden brown color. The aroma is reminiscent of famous English Ales, but the flavor is more complex, smoother and a bit less bitter.

We like this one enough that we don’t tinker too much with the recipe.

Note that in this video, we didn’t yet have our Merry’d Men pint glasses. But man, what a pretty pour!
